Tabby provides a fintech app focused on helping people in Saudi Arabia manage money and payments.

• Take a real problem in the Tabby app from question to shipped change;
• Run research by talking to users and reading data;
• Size the problem honestly and define what not to do;
• Design solutions in Figma, including flows, screens, states, and edge cases;
• Take work through critique with the product and design team and rework it;
• Hand work off to engineers and stay involved through release;
• Measure post-launch results and state whether the solution worked;
• Bring results back to the team, including when the answer is no;
• Work with engineers, analysts, and product managers on shared problems;
• Present work, defend decisions, and change direction when evidence requires it;
• Write clearly enough for people outside the room to act on the work.

• Be 18 or over;
• Show evidence of making a product decision, not just drawing a screen;
• Be comfortable in Figma, including components, prototyping, and handoff to engineers;
• Write clearly in Arabic or English;
• Be willing to receive criticism and defend decisions with evidence;
• Live in Saudi Arabia;
• Enter individually; team entries are not accepted;
• Not be a current Tabby employee or contractor, an immediate family member of one, or someone who left Tabby within the last twelve months;
• Strong plus: shipped personal app, university project used by real users, freelance product work, basic data literacy, front-end familiarity, interest in fintech or payments, understanding of how people in Saudi Arabia handle money.

• Six-month internship starting after the final in mid-October 2026;
• Funded and paid in full by Tabby;
• Full integration into a Tabby product or design team;
• Distributed team across multiple countries;
• Office-first working mode in Riyadh;
• Potential path to a junior role after the internship, depending on performance;
• Three places are available;
• Subject to a separate contract and required eligibility checks;
• The internship is not part-time and requires full-time-level engagement, performance, ownership, and involvement.
