• Own AirHelp subscription product design end-to-end, from problem definition through shipped outcomes and iteration;
• Frame problems, align teams, and move quickly into testing and learning;
• Prototype real user flows using AI tools such as Figma and Claude;
• Talk to users, run quick tests, and use data to adjust product direction;
• Translate validated ideas into production-ready designs with attention to clarity, edge cases, and system alignment;
• Explore concepts quickly and refine polished, scalable solutions in Figma;
• Own day-to-day improvements and larger strategic initiatives;
• Identify product opportunities and lead initiatives from concept to execution;
• Raise the design quality through systems thinking, knowledge sharing, and mentoring;
• Design and implement new subscription product tiers;
• Evolve the loyalty program to drive engagement;
• Find the best moments to upsell subscriptions and increase growth;
• Build habits and triggers that improve re-engagement for future trips.

• Bring product thinking and design leadership, with the ability to influence product direction;
• Have deep experience designing B2C subscription products;
• Have shipped pricing, packaging, and upsell flows that improve retention and LTV;
• Have built and shipped mobile products;
• Understand mobile UX from first interaction through long-term engagement;
• Know how to scale product quality through strong design systems;
• Focus on user needs, business impact, and high-value product decisions;
• Take ownership in fast-moving and ambiguous environments;
• Work quickly and pragmatically with AI tools and Figma;
• Communicate exceptionally well, align teams, and influence stakeholders;
• Collaborate closely with engineers, including distributed or external teams;
• Understand how to turn ideas into production-ready solutions;
• Balance high quality with sound judgment about when to refine and ship;
