Microsoft AI develops Copilot, an AI companion with personality, emotional intelligence, and broad capabilities. Its Health team creates trusted and safe AI models and services that help users understand and proactively manage their health and wellbeing.

• Ship world-class AI applications focused on craft, quality, trust, and positive user and societal impact;
• Own an entire product area, understand user needs and behaviors, define product requirements, and manage end-to-end product development, launches, and iterations;
• Manage cross-functional communication and dependencies, scope and schedule work, and collaborate with engineering through implementation;
• Overcome roadblocks to deliver work to users quickly and iteratively;
• Set the bar for excellence and quality;
• Translate business goals into strategy, user experience, and technical requirements with UX designers and AI model training teams;
• Define goals and performance indicators, oversee experiments, and measure success with data and research;
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, and other cross-functional teams to build consumer-grade applications.

• Master's degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or a related field and 6+ years of product or service design experience; or bachelor's degree in a related field and 8+ years of experience; or equivalent experience;
• Portfolio or work samples demonstrating shipped world-class consumer products from vision through launch;
• Ability to collaborate with engineering to ensure design details reach users;
• Experience advocating for design thinking, influencing design outcomes, discovering problems, and solving them in fast-paced and ambiguous environments;
• Ability to foster knowledge sharing and growth within an inclusive work environment;
• Ability to own work, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing requirements and deadlines;
• Proven track record of setting design vision for innovative products requiring bold thinking and risk taking;
• Ability to break large bodies of work into phased execution plans and lead cross-functional teams from idea to polished implementation;
• Experience using qualitative and quantitative research signals to assess design impact;
• Experience prompting LLMs, working with generative AI, or demonstrated curiosity and willingness to learn;
• Nice to have: Familiarity with the healthcare space.

• Base pay range across the United Kingdom: £ 93,500.00 - £ 161,800.00 per year;
• Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
