Xsolla is a global commerce company that provides tools and services helping video game developers fund, distribute, market, and monetize their games. It operates as a merchant of record and supports more than 1,500 game developers worldwide.

• Design co-branded web shop themes, campaign landing pages, affiliate and creator destination pages, promotional banners, and in-shop merchandising for Traffic Source partnerships;
• Design responsive, mobile-first layouts with the purchase funnel in mind;
• Adapt Xsolla and partner brand guidelines into a coherent visual system for each campaign;
• Localise and adapt designs for APAC markets, considering language length, local conventions, regional payment, and merchandising context;
• Work with the Partnerships Backend Engineer to turn Figma designs into working frontend;
• Provide specifications, states, breakpoints, tokens, and exported assets;
• Review implementations until they match the design;
• Build and maintain reusable component and template libraries;
• QA implemented pages across browsers and devices and raise gaps;
• Create pitch visuals, one-pagers, deck slides, and social or creator kit assets;
• Collaborate with HQ Design and contribute to the Xsolla design system;
• Organise design files, naming, and handoff documentation;
• Iterate quickly based on feedback from HQ Design, Partnerships, and partners;
• Track work in Jira and maintain design documentation in Confluence.

• 1–4 Years of experience in product, web, or UI design, or a strong portfolio of personal, freelance, or academic work;
• A portfolio is required for this application;
• Proficiency in Figma, including components, auto-layout, variants, and prototyping;
• Solid knowledge of layout, typography, visual hierarchy, colour, and responsive or mobile-first design;
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator;
• Understanding of landing page conversion principles;
• Ability to work within existing design systems and brand guidelines;
• Strong attention to detail and high standards for design execution;
• English sufficient for daily collaboration with the HQ Design team;
• Russian for day-to-day work in the Vladivostok office;
• Based in or willing to relocate to Vladivostok for an onsite role;
• Nice to have: basic HTML and CSS, motion and micro-interaction experience, e-commerce or checkout flow design, marketing landing pages, A/B testing, conversion optimisation, illustration, 3D, custom asset creation, gaming industry knowledge, creator and influencer marketing, affiliate campaigns, Korean, Chinese or Japanese, professional education in design or a related field.
