• Set the design vision for Superhuman on Android and define how its multi-product AI platform appears coherently on mobile;
• Decide which user experiences should feel unified across Superhuman and which should remain distinct as more products move to Android;
• Design Go on Android, including ambient assistance, deeper system integrations, hands-free voice flows, and proactive nudges;
• Evolve the Grammarly Android experience, including its floating writing assistant, visual hierarchy, feature discoverability, and overlay patterns;
• Define the future input experience by bringing voice, agents, and the overlay together;
• Establish Android design patterns, components, and onboarding frameworks;
• Decide what should be unified across platforms and what should remain platform-specific;
• Collaborate closely with engineers, prototype complex areas, and iterate with real text and models.

• Senior-level product design experience with a portfolio showing shipped Android work;
• Clear point of view on Material Design, overlays, accessibility services, and mobile spatial constraints;
• Strong interaction, visual, and motion design skills;
• Experience designing AI-native or agent-driven products, or a strong appetite for this work;
• Fluency in prototyping as a way of thinking;
• Experience with Figma and modern AI tools such as Claude Code;
• Ability to work independently in fast-moving environments, set direction, manage priorities, and partner with PMs and engineers;
• Nice to have: Experience shipping features where model behavior, latency, or uncertainty were first-class design problems.
