• Drive design projects end to end from research and concept through to launch and iteration;
• Design interfaces for a professional creative tool with high attention to detail;
• Collaborate with engineers throughout the process;
• Prototype ideas using code and AI-assisted tools;
• Present and advocate for design decisions across design, engineering, and leadership;
• Adapt to a fast-moving environment where the product evolves based on user feedback.

• Substantial experience in product design at a senior or staff level;
• Track record of independently owning and driving projects;
• Exceptional eye for visual design and craft;
• Strong, balanced skills across both UX and UI;
• Comfort working at the intersection of design and engineering, including prototyping with code or AI tools;
• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain design thinking;
• Nice to have: Experience designing professional tools or software for power users, native or near-native English proficiency.
