product designer for AI enterprise software

Stackgini is building an AI operating system for Autonomous Enterprise IT. Its system understands enterprise technology landscapes, including technical configurations, application documentation, IT demands, and dependencies across technology portfolios. Organizations such as Siemens Healthineers and REWE use Stackgini.

• Own the entire product design process, including discovery, wireframes, prototypes, interaction design, final UI, and EPIC definition for Engineering teams;
• Design AI-native interfaces;
• Work closely with Customers, Customer Success, and Engineering;
• Take designs together with engineers through implementation;
• Support engineers by writing EPICs, handing off designs, and performing QA;
• Define and improve information architecture and navigation patterns as the product grows;
• Translate product strategy and roadmap priorities into design solutions and proactively propose directions;
• Build and maintain Stackgini's design system;
• Understand user personas and their day-to-day needs;
• Plan and run qualitative research through user interviews, contextual inquiry, and usability testing with real users on a regular cadence;
• Synthesize research findings into actionable insights and communicate them clearly to the team;
• Identify unmet needs and surface opportunities for new features or improvements.

• 4+ Years of experience designing complex digital products end-to-end, ideally in enterprise software, B2B SaaS, or similarly complex environments;
• Deep UX research skills, including interviews, observation, and contextual research;
• Clear understanding of how AI shifts user behaviour and interaction patterns;
• Experience across the full design lifecycle, from user research and concept development to polished, production-ready UI;
• Expert Figma skills, including component libraries, auto layout, and design systems;
• AI-first mindset and experience using AI tools across research, copy, and prototyping;
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted tools such as Lovable, Claude, Cursor, or Claude Code;
• Comfortable working in early-stage or 0→1 environments with limited information;
• Strong interaction design instincts focused on flows, not just screens;
• Pragmatic, fast, feedback-driven approach with impact over perfection;
• Low-ego, collaborative approach to working with product and engineering;
• Fluent English;
• Full professional German;
• Nice to have: Compliance, risk, or governance tool design experience, familiarity with enterprise IT or IT4IT, fast-growing startup experience, WCAG 2.1 AA and inclusive design knowledge.
