• Define and shape the super app concept;
• Own the app's design guidelines within the Epassi design system;
• Lead hands-on concept creation, interaction design, and visual design for complex, modular app structures;
• Maintain a coherent experience across verticals and markets;
• Raise the quality bar across the app design team through patterns, critique, and example;
• Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and brand marketing;
• Define UX metrics that connect design quality to business outcomes;
• Build a deep understanding of app users and the business context across Epassi countries;
• Adopt and drive AI-driven ways of working;
• Take ownership of the super app concept and set a plan to scale and improve it;
• Establish a strong collaboration model with design system, product management, engineering, UX writing, research, and brand;
• Set direction across app designers, own app design guidelines, and drive alignment on UX standards and priorities across domains;
• Design, prototype, or review when needed to maintain high quality and coherence across the product;
• Define and monitor UX metrics across the super app;
• Collaborate with engineering, UI architecture, senior product leadership, other senior designers, and brand marketing to align design decisions at scale;
• Work closely with local colleagues and global teams in an open, low-hierarchy culture.

• 8–10+ Years designing complex, at-scale consumer apps;
• Proven ownership of end-to-end product experiences across multiple verticals and markets;
• Deep command of modern app design trends and interaction paradigms;
• Track record of connecting design to measurable outcomes;
• Working understanding of mobile technical constraints and accessibility requirements;
• Published consumer apps with a large, diverse user base;
• Experience leading complex, cross-domain design initiatives from start to finish;
• Experience setting design standards and guidelines at team or organization level;
• Experience mentoring and growing other designers;
• Exceptional visual and interaction design skills, with strong attention to detail, system coherence, and usability;
• Strategic thinking with the ability to balance the big picture and detailed experience improvements;
• Data-informed decision-making based on research, analytics, and metrics;
• Ability to align teams and drive decisions through clarity and trust rather than authority;
• Adaptable leadership style, comfortable moving from strategy to hands-on execution;
• English is mandatory;
• Nice to have: experience in HR tech, fintech, wellness, or sports; an Epassi market language.
