TBC is a leading financial institution in the region that uses data analytics, artificial intelligence, and digital products to set a new standard of service and make people’s lives easier.

• Own features from start to finish by identifying the problem, designing the solution, and ensuring it works;
• Talk to customers, analyze data, map journeys, and define success metrics;
• Design experiences that solve real customer problems;
• Work with PMs, engineers, analysts, researchers, and writers;
• Help maintain a consistent and useful design system;
• Make research- and data-driven decisions and align stakeholders.

• Live in Tbilisi and be available in the office Monday to Wednesday; this is not a remote job;
• Have 5–6 years of experience designing products in cross-functional teams;
• Have a strong portfolio with real shipped work;
• Apply product thinking, jobs-to-be-done, customer journeys, and analytics;
• Work independently and figure things out autonomously;
• Collaborate with different teams and align stakeholders;
• Have previous product team experience; candidates with only freelance experience may not be a fit;
• Have skills in product thinking, user research, visual design, interaction design, Figma, design systems, clear communication, and data-backed decision-making;
• Be willing to learn and work with AI tools and modern technologies;
• Nice to have: Banking or fintech background.
