Product Designer

• Deliver world-class, intuitive, evidence-based experiences across web and native platforms;
• Provide design vision and guidance, using research insights and data to champion the customer voice and align it with business strategy;
• Partner with product managers, architects, analysts, and engineers to ensure solutions meet user needs, business goals, and technical requirements;
• Run workshops, create user journey maps, and champion AI tools to drive efficiency and creativity;
• Support delivery with a focus on accessibility, CX KPIs, and scalable design systems.

• Proven experience delivering high-quality, accessible, large-scale digital products and services across responsive web and native applications within large design teams;
• Advanced Figma skills, including prototyping with tokens and variables, contribution to large-scale component libraries, and auditing design files;
• Experience using research methods and lab/online platforms to conduct usability testing;
• Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics to track success metrics, interpret user behavior, and validate journeys;
• Clear, confident storytelling skills with adaptability and a growth mindset;
• Portfolio demonstrating evidence of experience in developing high-performing teams, applying scalable UCD methods, influencing strategy, and producing world-class app-first digital experiences;
