Tabby provides financial services that allow shoppers to split payments for online and in-store purchases without interest or fees. The platform serves over 20 million users and partners with more than 40,000 global brands and small businesses to facilitate flexible payment solutions and accelerate commercial growth.

• Own end-to-end journeys across onboarding, activation, and ongoing account management for the Business Account;
• Design clear, data-dense interfaces for financial information, balances, statements, payouts, and credit lines;
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Compliance/Risk, and UX Researchers to solve merchant and business problems;
• Partner with designers from other B2B and B2C streams to ensure a cohesive experience;
• Use data, merchant feedback, and research insights to inform design decisions and validate hypotheses;
• Plan and conduct user research with business users;
• Present and advocate for design work to cross-functional and senior stakeholders;
• Contribute Business Account patterns to the Tabby Business design system;
• Take full ownership of work from early concept through execution in a regulated environment.

• Proven experience designing digital products, ideally B2B, fintech, or complex data-rich tools;
• Strong craft skills demonstrated through a portfolio;
• Comfort designing across both web dashboards and native mobile (iOS and Android);
• Ability to handle complexity, financial and lending lifecycles, account states, and regulatory/compliance flows;
• Ability to think strategically and articulate a compelling design vision;
• Understanding of technical constraints and ability to collaborate with engineering;
• Confident communication skills for interactions with designers and C-level executives;
• Experience applying systems thinking and contributing to shared design systems;
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities;
• Fluency in English;
• Nice to have: KYB/KYC experience, experience in fintech or financial products.
