Product Designer

Voy is a healthcare company that provides personalized care across various health categories, including weight loss, menopause, hair loss, and hormone replacement therapy. The organization supports over one million members across the UK, Germany, and Brazil, aiming to transform the healthcare experience by treating people holistically rather than focusing on isolated conditions.

• Design a full suite of email templates across acquisition, retention, and referral for multiple brands;
• Build modular landing page templates adaptable across categories, campaigns, and markets;
• Create a design system with clear rules, components, and variants for non-designers;
• Partner with Lifecycle Managers and Creative Strategists to translate performance needs into template structures;
• Document templates to train AI creation tools for on-brand output at scale;
• QA output from offshore editors and AI tools against design standards to maintain quality.

• Systems thinking approach with a focus on design for reuse and scale;
• Strong portfolio demonstrating work in email, landing pages, and digital marketing assets;
• Experience with scalable design system development;
• Familiarity with AI design tools and structuring templates for AI-assisted production workflows;
• Ability to work fast and make decisions independently;
• Nice to have: Experience in DTC, health, or subscription brands.
