Product Designer

• Shape a point of view on the evolution of project management and issue tracking in an AI-native world;
• Design user experiences for working alongside AI capabilities, including conversational interfaces and background automation;
• Develop interaction patterns for complex problems such as AI confidence and transparent actions;
• Prototype and test new concepts to reduce user friction;
• Maintain coherence across a large, deep product surface area;
• Partner with product management and engineering to influence roadmap priorities;
• Lead a small design team of two designers and own the overall design quality bar;
• Build a fresh design process from scratch.

• Proven experience leading the design of complex, data-rich productivity tools or software systems;
• Deep understanding of modern AI systems, including agentic workflows and multi-step execution;
• Experience mentoring and leading other designers with clear, actionable feedback;
• Ability to design unified experiences for both small startups and large enterprise customers;
• Strong portfolio demonstrating work from micro-interactions to large-scale information architecture;
• Nice to have: Commitment to craft ownership, ability to build clear processes without bureaucracy, strong writing and reasoning skills, comfort with ambiguity, ability to balance platform conventions with innovation.
