FUIB Business provides corporate banking services by developing digital platforms and mobile tools. The organization focuses on simplifying complex financial workflows for businesses through data-driven fintech solutions, utilizing an in-house UX lab and cross-functional agile squads.

• Design mobile and web fintech applications with a primary focus on mobile;
• Participate in all stages of user research;
• Prepare prototypes of varying degrees of detail;
• Conduct design testing and analyze results;
• Participate in all stages of the design process.

• 4+ Years of experience designing complex, high-impact digital products, ideally in-house and B2B;
• Strong portfolio showcasing product design work across web and mobile apps;
• Experience in user research, interviewing users and stakeholders, and design testing;
• Experience with analytics, reviews, and drawing conclusions;
• Proficiency in modern prototyping and interface tools;
• Experience and understanding of design system principles in Figma;
• Nice to have: Background in B2B fintech products, experience with vibe coding techniques for high-fidelity interactive prototypes, familiarity with AI tools for copywriting and microcopy, experience using generative AI for visual content and illustrations.
