Product Designer

Medikamendo builds a digital network for follow-up medication, connecting patients, medical practices, and pharmacies on a single platform to organize long-term medication needs more efficiently and securely.

• Own central user journeys from initial contact to long-term service usage;
• Optimize conversion funnels, analyze user behavior, and develop measurable improvements;
• Design high-quality interfaces in Figma and create clear specifications for the development team;
• Evolve the design system;
• Collaborate closely with founders, developers, patients, medical practices, and pharmacies to contribute product ideas.

• Several years of experience as a Product Designer or UI/UX Designer;
• Strong proficiency in Figma;
• Deep understanding of UX, information architecture, and conversion;
• Proactive, responsible, and structured approach to work;
• Ability to understand user needs and translate them into compelling product solutions;
• Sufficient technical understanding to specify requirements precisely;
• Nice to have: Experience with healthcare applications, service platforms, or data-driven product development.
