Product Designer

Zenjob is an AI-powered flexible staffing platform that connects companies with temporary workers. The platform enables businesses to book staff in real time and helps students find part-time jobs that fit their schedules.

• Own end-to-end design for complex product areas, from problem discovery to execution;
• Contribute to product goals and KPIs while taking accountability for the impact of design decisions;
• Design and prototype using responsive and adaptive principles to ensure seamless, accessible experiences across devices;
• Conduct user research to uncover insights into user behaviors, needs, and pain points;
• Utilize research insights to inform product decisions and build effective products;
• Partner with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to shape solutions and iterate quickly;
• Advocate for user-centric thinking and design excellence throughout the product lifecycle;
• Evolve the design system and act as a quality role model within the team.

• 4+ Years of experience as a UX Designer working on digital products;
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work and measurable business impact;
• Proven experience collaborating in cross-functional product teams with Product and Engineering;
• Strong UX fundamentals with a sharp eye for interaction, visual design, and usability;
• Ability to turn complex, real-world workflows into simple and intuitive experiences;
• Confidence working in ambiguous problem spaces and making informed trade-offs;
• Hands-on mindset with high ownership and accountability for outcomes;
• Clear communication skills and the ability to explain design decisions;
• Curiosity and openness toward AI-assisted design tools;
• Nice to have: Fluency or professional proficiency in German.
