SocialHub is a B2B social media SaaS scale-up and OMR market leader that operates with cross-functional product teams in a remote-first environment.

• Make clear design decisions and stand behind them;
• Actively prioritize features and decide what not to build;
• Reduce complexity through structure;
• Work with Product and Engineering as equals;
• Translate decisions into precise, executable designs;
• Create clarity and stability in the system after decisions are made.

• 3+ Years of experience as a Product or UX Designer in B2B SaaS;
• End-to-end ownership of a product or feature area;
• High decision maturity under uncertainty;
• Strong conceptual thinking and solid execution;
• Experience working closely with engineers;
• Very confident using Figma;
• English (fluent);
• Not suitable for candidates who need clear instructions, prefer to hedge decisions, or require everything to be perfectly defined before starting.
