Product Designer

Andersen is a pre-IPO software development company providing full-cycle services and digital solutions for enterprises and middle-sized firms across various industries, including FinTech, Healthcare, Retail, and eCommerce.

• Design and deliver end-to-end product experiences across web and mobile platforms from discovery to final implementation;
• Participate in product discovery by conducting user research, interviews, and usability testing;
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs;
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to shape requirements and ensure design feasibility;
• Iterate and improve product experience using data, user feedback, and metrics;
• Contribute to and evolve the design system to ensure consistency and scalability;
• Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and optimized for different devices.

• Experience as a Product Designer working on digital products for 3+ years;
• Strong proficiency in Figma or similar design tools;
• Experience working with design systems and component libraries;
• Strong communication and collaboration skills;
• English level Upper-Intermediate or higher;
• German level Upper-Intermediate or higher;
• Nice to have: Experience in teamwork with leaders in FinTech, Healthcare, Retail, Telecom, and other business domains.
