• Conduct research and analyze user and business needs to create effective interfaces with a focus on onboarding journeys;
• Gather and interpret user feedback and data to inform design decisions;
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project objectives and target audience;
• Create wireframes, layouts, and designs that meet user requirements and business goals;
• Adapt designs for various devices and screen sizes;
• Ensure design adherence to UX/UI principles and best practices;
• Develop interactive prototypes to test and validate design concepts with users;
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to refine designs;
• Analyze user data and incorporate insights into design iterations;
• Define optimal navigation flows and interactions for websites and applications;
• Ensure seamless user experiences by considering information architecture and user journeys;
• Maintain design consistency and adhere to technical requirements during the development process;
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to ensure design feasibility and implementation.

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Product Designer, preferably at tech startups with a focus on UX;
• Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools;
• Strong analytical skills, including conducting user research and analyzing data;
• Ability to manage time and priorities independently;
• Strong aptitude for proactive cross-cultural communication;
• Strong and empathetic approach to design thinking;
• Ability to demonstrate a hyper-logical approach to solving complex problems;
• English proficiency;
• Nice to have: A strong portfolio showcasing user-centered designs and successful projects.
