• Create motion graphics and visual assets for product marketing, social media, and brand campaigns;
• Design high-quality animations, transitions, and visual effects for short-form and long-form content;
• Collaborate closely with Creative Directors, video editors, founders, and growth teams;
• Transform product features and concepts into visually engaging motion pieces;
• Experiment with GenAI workflows to create innovative visual content faster and at higher quality;
• Optimize creative assets for engagement across YouTube, Instagram, X and other social platforms.

• Strong experience with image and video GenAI tools;
• Advanced skills in After Effects, Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar motion design software;
• Strong understanding of typography, composition, animation principles, and visual storytelling;
• Proven ability to deliver creative content end-to-end;
• Sharp sense of visual and marketing culture, with the ability to pitch ideas that hook;
• Understanding of social media formats, trends, and audience engagement.
