задачи
- Monitor creative market trends, identify new ideas, and adapt them to the game;
- Produce video ads, including developing concepts, hooks, and scripts;
- Analyze test results and suggest ideas for further creative iterations.
требования
- Experience producing advertising creatives for mobile games;
- Basic understanding of the mobile gaming market and performance marketing principles;
- Confident proficiency with a video editing tool such as AE, Premiere, Final Cut, or CapCut;
- Hands-on experience with AI tools for generating images, video, and audio;
- Staying up to date with AI-powered creative workflows;
- Production-focused mindset and ability to deliver 2–5+ videos per week, depending on complexity;
- English at B1 level or higher for working with documentation;
- Strong creative thinking and ability to approach ideas from unexpected angles;
- Ability to develop fun and engaging concepts.
