• Conceive, generate, and ship high-performing marketing videos for games using AI video pipelines
• Drive end-to-end creative workflows, including prompt engineering, model selection, iteration, and refinement
• Combine AI-generated footage with motion design in After Effects and Premiere to deliver polished, branded assets aligned with creative strategy
• Partner with UA managers, game designers, and creative leads to turn concepts into AI-driven video at the pace and volume required by user acquisition
• Run rapid test-and-learn cycles by generating variants, stopping ineffective ones, and developing successful ones further
• Evaluate new AI video models, research and analyze competitors, share findings with the team, and influence how CrazyLabs develops advertisements

• Hands-on expertise with AI video tools such as Runway, Kling, Veo, Seedance, Midjourney video, or similar
• A portfolio or showreel demonstrating polished, on-brand video work produced using AI pipelines
• Strong prompt craft and the ability to steer generative models toward a specific creative vision
• 3+ Years of motion design or animation experience within the mobile gaming industry
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects, Premiere, Animate, and Photoshop
• Editing, compositing, and integration skills for combining AI footage with 2D/3D assets and original motion design
• A fast, iterative mindset and willingness to ship multiple tests rather than perfect one
• A team-oriented approach and composure under deadline pressure
• Experience using AI for ideation, storyboarding, and stylised content creation
• Able to work within the European Time Zone
