motion designer for brand identities

• Develop overarching motion principles that translate brand values into scalable motion across all touchpoints;
• Conceptualize and produce brand films that communicate new brands emotionally and visually;
• Design UI microanimations for prototypes and digital products to create intuitive and engaging user experiences;
• Collaborate with Brand, UX, and UI teams to ensure consistent motion guidelines across all channels;
• Ensure that brands can use the developed assets and templates efficiently;
• Ensure that all motion designs are brand-compliant and technically feasible.

• Have several years of experience as a Brand Designer with a strong focus on Motion Design;
• Demonstrate expertise in 2D and 3D animation, such as After Effects, Cinema 4D, or Blender;
• Have a deep understanding of brand management and the role of motion in digital brand experiences;
• Have experience developing motion systems and guidelines for complex brand architectures;
• Combine creativity with technical expertise to implement animations in digital interfaces;
• Be proficient with common design tools, such as Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
