• Lead the end-to-end design process for an assigned product line across web and mobile, from research and ideation through prototyping, user testing, and final implementation;
• Maintain and expand the design system with the design system team across the product line, mobile apps, and SaaS platform ecosystem;
• Conduct Lean UX workshops to align the team and solve business problems around user needs;
• Iterate and refine designs using user feedback and data-driven insights;
• Own the end-to-end user research practice for the product line;
• Plan and conduct interviews, surveys, contextual inquiries, and on-site or remote observations with customers, including mobile app users;
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers to enable continuous research access;
• Use research insights to inform design decisions and improve the user experience;
• Consolidate research findings with the product team, identify patterns, and turn them into actionable recommendations;
• Plan and conduct usability testing sessions, including for mobile apps;
• Create interactive prototypes and set up usability tests to gather quantitative and qualitative customer feedback;
• Interpret event tracking and product analytics data from the product line using tools such as Fullstory and UserPilot;
• Identify user behaviour patterns, uncover pain points, and optimize user flows;
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align design strategies with business goals;
• Integrate design with engineering and product development.

• 5+ Years of professional experience as a Product Designer;
• Strong portfolio showcasing successful product design projects across web and mobile and user-centric design solutions;
• Proven experience with Lean UX methodologies and Agile development processes;
• Hands-on experience planning and conducting customer user research, including interviews, contextual inquiries, and observation, as an ongoing core part of the design process;
• Strong expertise in managing and using design systems;
• Proficiency in Figma;
• Proven experience designing native or hybrid mobile apps for iOS and/or Android;
• Strong knowledge of Human Interface Guidelines and Material Design;
• Familiarity with Dovetail or similar research tools;
• Experience with Useberry, Ballpark, or similar usability testing tools;
• Ability to interpret event tracking and product analytics data from tools such as Fullstory or UserPilot and apply insights to design;
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork;
• Fluent German and professional English, both at minimum C1 level, for customer interviews and research sessions;
• Nice to have: Understanding of the construction industry or related fields.
