• Produce performance video creatives, animated banners, and social video content for paid acquisition;
• Create product and promo animations and motion assets for landing pages and branding;
• Generate shots, b-roll, and style-consistent footage using AI video tools;
• Generate frames, backgrounds, and assets using AI image tools, applying prompt engineering and style-consistency techniques;
• Assemble final deliverables in After Effects and Premiere Pro, including basic sound design;
• Adapt concepts across various durations, aspect ratios, and platforms while maintaining brand consistency;
• Organize files with proper naming conventions and export in required formats and codecs;
• Collaborate with designers, producers, and the lead, iterating quickly on feedback;
• Deliver in SLA mode with predictable turnaround, applying basic performance awareness.

• Solid motion design fundamentals including timing, easing, composition, kinetic typography, and storytelling;
• Expert level in After Effects and proficiency in video editing software like Premiere Pro;
• Experience in designing for digital formats such as Meta, TikTok, and YouTube;
• Practical experience with AI video-generation and AI image-generation tools;
• Proficiency in prompt engineering and reference-based generation for production;
• Ability to use AI for production speed-ups like shot generation, upscaling, and rotoscoping;
• Systematic approach to high-volume tasks and templating;
• Proficiency in Russian and English (B2+);
• Nice to have: Familiarity with character/style consistency techniques like LoRA, IP-Adapter, or ControlNet, familiarity with workflow automation tools like Make, n8n, or ComfyUI pipelines.
