Motion Designer

Designity is a Creative-as-a-Service (CaaS) platform that connects brands with creative and marketing experts to scale their creative efforts. The company provides a collaborative environment for top creatives to deliver high-impact results for brands such as Calendly, Kung Fu Tea, and Marriott.

• Design and produce high-impact motion graphics and videos for social media, digital campaigns, and branding;
• Create end-to-end visuals, from layout and composition to final animation;
• Edit and assemble video content, combining footage, sound, and motion;
• Develop storyboards and motion concepts, leveraging AI tools to accelerate ideation;
• Apply animation principles and design fundamentals to ensure every frame feels intentional;
• Adapt motion styles across industries and brand identities while maintaining consistency;
• Collaborate closely with Creative Directors and fellow creatives, iterating with openness;
• Stay current with motion design trends, tools, and emerging techniques;
• Use modern tools, including AI and After Effects plugins, to improve efficiency.

• 5+ Years of experience in motion design;
• Expert-level proficiency in After Effects (including plugins), Premiere Pro, and Adobe Creative Suite;
• Proficiency in Lottie and modern node-based AI tools;
• Strong design fundamentals including typography, layout, and composition;
• Expert knowledge of motion principles, pacing, and visual storytelling;
• Ability to translate strategy and creative direction into compelling motion content;
• Experience with storyboarding and concept development;
• Proactive, self-driven mindset with strong attention to detail and time management;
• Collaborative, feedback-driven approach with a growth mindset;
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills;
• Nice to have: Familiarity with customizing or scripting After Effects plugins, Basic 3D motion experience.
