Product Designer

DKB Code Factory builds products during the earliest discovery stage, helping teams turn vague ideas and customer problems into tangible product directions.

• Turn concepts into high-fidelity prototypes, product flows, and polished interfaces;
• Shape bold product concepts from vague input and design for the whole product;
• Frame unclear problems, set hypotheses, and guide teams toward a clear product direction;
• Run workshops, design sprints, and co-creation sessions with Product, Research, Engineering, and Business;
• Bring the right people into the process at the right time.

• Have 5–6+ years of product design experience;
• Show strong discovery and design work;
• Provide a portfolio of discovery-led case studies demonstrating strong thinking and high-quality design;
• Demonstrate strong product thinking and collaboration across Product, Research, Engineering, and Business;
• Produce high visual quality and understand design fundamentals deeply;
• Explain design decisions and their impact clearly;
• Work comfortably with uncertainty and without a clean brief;
• Speak English fluently;
• Speak German at C1+ level;
• Maintain high standards, challenge weak ideas, and work with low ego;
• Nice to have: passion for the work and ability to enjoy free time.
