• Work on the development of successful puzzle games and new concepts;
• Act as a feature owner for the full cycle of feature and event development, from design and implementation control to result analysis and data-driven adjustments;
• Write and maintain up-to-date design documentation;
• Work with analytics and form hypotheses for A/B tests.

• Experience as a game designer for at least three years;
• Good knowledge of the puzzle game market and casual games in general;
• Understanding of meta, game economy, and balance;
• Proactivity, independence, and a broad perspective in games and beyond;
• Ability to give and receive feedback.
