• Raise UX and UI quality across platforms through standards, feedback, audits, and design quality rituals;
• Shape and evolve the design system, including strategy, contribution model, components, patterns, and documentation;
• Partner with Design, Product, and Engineering to improve consistency, accessibility, and implementation quality;
• Mentor senior designers, provide structured feedback, and raise the standard of design craft;
• Define future-state journeys, interaction patterns, and experience principles to guide product direction;
• Explore AI-enabled approaches to improve ideation, workflows, and team effectiveness;
• Define and track design quality metrics to demonstrate impact and inform decisions.

• 10+ Years of product design experience;
• Deep expertise in design systems;
• Strategic systems thinking skills with the ability to connect design quality, product needs, and business impact;
• Strong craft expertise in components, patterns, interaction design, and documentation;
• Ability to influence across Design, Product, and Engineering teams;
• Proven experience in mentoring designers and scaling design systems;
• Nice to have: Experience working in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
