• Design engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, and Facebook;
• Create posts, stories, banners, thumbnails, promotional graphics, and campaign assets;
• Use AI-assisted creative tools to improve ideation, efficiency, and creative output;
• Develop visual content for product launches, promotions, campaigns, and trending topics;
• Produce static and animated creative assets for paid advertising campaigns;
• Maintain consistent brand identity across multiple brands and platforms;
• React quickly to market trends, news, cultural moments, and social media trends;
• Build scalable design systems, templates, and creative workflows.

• 3+ Years of professional Graphic Design experience;
• Experience in Forex, Fintech, gaming, entertainment, social casino, bingo, mobile applications, or consumer-focused brands;
• Strong portfolio demonstrating social media, digital advertising, branding, and campaign design work;
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator;
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition, branding, and visual storytelling;
• Experience creating content for social media and performance marketing campaigns;
• Interest in or experience with AI-assisted creative tools;
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
• Strong communication and collaboration skills;
• Nice to have: Experience within a high-growth startup, creative agency, consumer brand, gaming company, entertainment platform, or performance marketing environment, understanding of internet culture, social media trends, memes, and emerging digital content formats, experience creating content for international audiences, skills in video editing, photography, illustration, 3D design, or motion graphics, basic animation and short-form video creation experience.
