Graphic Designer

Data and Operational Excellence Hub LLC provides outsourcing and offshoring consulting services.

• Create high-quality visual assets for digital marketing campaigns, including banners, newsletters, landing pages, social media, and ads;
• Ensure brand consistency by following and applying established brand guidelines;
• Prepare accurate, well-structured design files in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud;
• Design marketing materials for digital and print applications, including final artwork for production;
• Collaborate with CRM, Marketing, Content, and Shop Management teams to deliver assets within deadlines;
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced e-commerce environment;
• Stay up to date with design trends, new tools, and best practices in digital design.

• Completed studies in Graphic Design or a comparable qualification;
• At least 3 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in e-commerce or digital marketing;
• Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy;
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to deliver pixel-perfect, consistent designs across multiple formats;
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and confident working in Figma;
• Good understanding of both digital and print production, including preparing final artwork;
• Nice to have: Newsletter design experience, understanding of consumer-focused design and marketing principles.
