OJO Sunglasses is a retail chain specializing in sunglasses and prescription glasses. The company operates over 40 owned and franchised stores across Cyprus, Greece, and Malta, and maintains an e-shop with a 3D virtual try-on experience. OJO designs and produces its own sun and optical glasses, adhering to EU quality standards and current fashion trends.

• Create visual assets for digital and print channels, including marketing campaigns, social media content, in-store materials, and website graphics;
• Develop and maintain brand-consistent layouts, illustrations, and visual concepts;
• Collaborate with marketing, e-commerce, and retail teams to support product launches and promotional activities;
• Work on packaging concepts, promotional signage, and visual guidelines for franchise partners;
• Ensure cohesive brand representation across all touchpoints;
• Prepare files for production and coordinate with external vendors;
• Stay informed about design trends relevant to fashion and retail.

• Strong skills in graphics and graphic design;
• Experience in logo design and branding, including developing and applying brand identities across multiple channels;
• Proficiency in typography and layout design;
• Advanced knowledge of industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign;
• Ability to translate marketing and product briefs into compelling visual concepts and assets;
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills;
• Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced retail environment;
• Relevant degree or diploma in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field;
• Nice to have: Portfolio demonstrating work for retail, fashion, or consumer brands, previous experience in fashion, eyewear, or retail branding.
