• Conceptualize and design product images, infographics, A+ Content, and Brand Stores for Amazon listings;
• Optimize existing visuals to enhance brand impact and conversion rates;
• Select and edit images in compliance with Amazon guidelines, performance objectives, and brand standards;
• Develop visual strategies to improve product visibility and sales performance;
• Create detailed briefs for photoshoots and coordinate with photographers and external service providers;
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align visual content with brand messaging;
• Stay updated on industry trends, Amazon policies, and emerging technologies.

• Completed apprenticeship or degree in graphic design, media design, or communication design;
• At least 2 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in e-commerce or Amazon environments;
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign);
• Experience creating conversion-oriented content for digital platforms;
• Interest in the development and application of AI-based content solutions;
• Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions;
• Fluent German and English (written and spoken);
• Nice to have: Knowledge of French, Italian, or Spanish.
