• Participate in the development of the battle system;
• Collaborate with Game Producers and Analysts to identify growth opportunities and develop new features;
• Manage the development of mechanics and features from conceptualization to launch and post-release analysis;
• Implement new characters;
• Implement new battle modes;
• Balance the combat system and characters;
• Manage LiveOps in combat mechanics;
• Interact closely with the project team.

• Work experience as a game designer on mid-core battler, RPG, or 4x projects, including direct experience with balancing combat systems and characters;
• Experience owning a feature through a complete cycle from concept document to post-release analytics;
• Understanding of the mid-core market and its audience;
• Strong knowledge of balance calculation tools like Excel or Google Spreadsheet using multiparametric formulas;
• Basic skills in working with analytics, including understanding key metrics and dashboards;
• Professional level of Russian language;
• English B2 level or above;
• Nice to have: Experience working with 3D models and animations in Unity, technical background, ability to work with AI tools.
