inDrive is a global mobility and urban services platform that provides fair choices for millions of people across 1100+ cities in 48 countries.

• Design and improve complex mobile and web user flows with a focus on growth and product impact;
• Identify growth opportunities, formulate hypotheses, and validate them through experiments;
• Create intuitive, scalable, and visually strong interfaces;
• Maintain consistency across products and contribute to design systems;
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Research, and Analytics teams;
• Use product metrics and user insights to drive design decisions and iterations.

• 5+ Years of experience in product design (mobile-facing products preferred);
• Proven track record of working on complex, large-scale digital products;
• Strong product thinking with the ability to influence business and product metrics;
• Strong visual and UI design skills with attention to detail;
• Experience designing for both mobile and web platforms;
• Experience working with large-scale design systems;
• Nice to have: Experience in growth, marketplaces, food tech, or ride-hailing.
