• Own the mobile app experience by managing end-to-end design, including user flows, UI, interactions, and motion;
• Drive design quality by ensuring consistent, intuitive, and accessible user experiences;
• Evolve the design system to support product scalability and consistency;
• Lead user-centered design decisions by planning and synthesizing user research;
• Shape product direction by influencing roadmaps and navigating organizational growth;
• Oversee the full product lifecycle by identifying opportunities and simplifying complex problems;
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers and engineers to deliver high-quality outcomes;
• Partner with marketing to create cohesive end-to-end customer journeys;
• Mentor other designers and contribute to shared standards and best practices.

• Deep experience in mobile app design;
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership and clear impact;
• Proficiency in mobile usability, interaction patterns, and WCAG accessibility standards;
• Ability to work with high autonomy and pace;
• Strong facilitation and communication skills for leading workshops and stakeholder discussions;
• Experience collaborating effectively with engineering teams;
• Customer-centered approach grounded in research and user behavior;
• Nice to have: Experience with change management, organizational design, or culture development.
