Ticketmaster is the world’s largest ticket marketplace and a leading global provider of enterprise tools and services for the live entertainment business. It connects people around the world to live events and creates mobile experiences for millions of fans.

• Own the native design vision for the app as a surface;
• Maintain a high bar for native craft, including HIG and Material Design fluency, native gestures, motion, platform-specific decisions, and raising concerns when delivery pressure threatens quality;
• Anticipate cross-functional obstacles and take initiative to resolve them;
• Use information architecture and interaction design skills to take product design deliverables through the full project lifecycle;
• Conduct user, market, usability, and competitive design research where required;
• Understand user types, scenarios, journeys, flow and decision maps, and produce documentation to convey the vision;
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate design exploration, prototyping, and cross-functional collaboration with product and engineering;
• Define success metrics with product and engineering and connect design decisions to demonstrable user and product impact;
• Translate the long-term vision and strategic business goals into compelling design solutions;
• Stay informed about best practices, especially in the mobile app landscape.

• Proven hands-on experience in digital product design, including UX design, interface design, mobile app design, and interaction design;
• Ability to provide innovative and compositionally strong design solutions;
• Strong proficiency in Figma and/or other industry-leading software;
• Experience working with pattern libraries and design systems;
• Ability to think creatively and present concepts clearly to stakeholders and team members;
• Deep hands-on native iOS and Android design experience, including HIG and Material Design trade-offs, native gesture and motion patterns, and platform-specific edge cases; mobile-first responsive work is not a substitute;
• Experience using AI tools in design workflows to enhance collaboration, accelerate prototyping, and improve design-to-code handoff;
• Strong creative problem-solving skills;
• Excellent written and verbal communication and storytelling skills;
• Ability to challenge product strategy with credibility;
• Ability to manage simultaneous concurrent requests within the same project area;
• Keen attention to detail in designs and requirements;
• Confidence in understanding complex business, system, and user flows and processes;
• Proactive communication, including raising questions and issues as they arise;
• Curious, proactive, and self-directed approach to learning emerging tools, trends, and processes;
• Hunger and passion for excellence;
• Portfolio is required; applications without a portfolio will not be considered;
• Nice to have: understanding of Swift, CSS, and React; understanding of grid systems, layout, typography, and graphic design; experience with usability testing and report generation.
