Legl provides a B2B SaaS platform that serves as an operating system for modern legal services. The company replaces manual and fragmented workflows in law firms and regulated businesses with intelligent software covering client onboarding, compliance, payments, risk management, and reporting.
задачи
- Own the design system and the craft bar across the entire platform;
- Own cross-platform UX end to end;
- Detangle complex product and customer problems and translate them into prioritized, high-impact projects;
- Conduct deep research to understand how the product is used and identify value-adding opportunities;
- Integrate AI into the design craft to accelerate prototyping and idea testing;
- Make defensible design decisions at pace, balancing polish and speed.
требования
- Hands-on experience with a focus on solving customer problems;
- Proven track record of delivering measurable impact through design;
- Ability to think in whole journeys across a platform rather than individual screens;
- Experience thriving in ambiguity and bringing structure to complex environments;
- Ability to make and stand behind decisions without needing constant validation;
- Nice to have: Experience in B2B SaaS, experience scaling products in multiple markets, experience working in high-growth startup environments.
