• Define and drive the vision for payment products to create seamless payment acceptance and management for small businesses;
• Own end-to-end product experiences by collaborating with product, engineering, and research teams from concept to launch;
• Design intuitive, secure, and compliant payment flows to build trust and reduce friction;
• Leverage AI to create adaptive experiences that optimize payment acceptance and reduce operational complexity;
• Analyze customer needs across Europe to design solutions that impact business operations;
• Simplify complex systems through structured, thoughtful design and craft;
• Utilize research, data, and rapid prototyping to test, learn, and iterate;
• Foster design culture by raising quality standards and mentoring team members.

• 8+ Years of experience in Product Design;
• 3+ Years of experience leading work in complex or regulated environments such as fintech or payments;
• Expertise in designing payment systems covering acceptance, settlement, and reconciliation;
• Ability to balance high-level strategy with hands-on execution;
• Strong collaboration skills with engineers, researchers, and stakeholders;
• Interest in applying emerging technologies and AI to design;
• Nice to have: Portfolio demonstrating depth of thinking, refined UX and UI craft, and attention to detail.
