Fleek builds infrastructure for the global secondhand clothing trade, operating a B2B marketplace and AI-driven systems to digitize supply chain processes. The company enables vintage stores, resellers, and retailers to source graded inventory from wholesalers, utilizing an AI model to categorize and price items from photos.

• Set the design bar across a priority product area and coach craft into others;
• Unblock product delivery by clearing design bottlenecks and establishing review rhythms;
• Build and govern an end-to-end AI-first design system;
• Lead discovery, drive research, and prototype to shape product direction;
• Design for a multi-sided marketplace, balancing buyer, supplier, and operations experiences;
• Own the full design process from discovery and interaction to visual design and engineering handoff;
• Partner with product managers and engineers to elevate the overall team craft.

• Exceptional mobile-heavy, consumer-grade design execution;
• Proven experience building and governing design systems in production;
• AI-first mindset and ability to design systems for agentic workflows;
• Demonstrated end-to-end ownership and ability to set standards across a product area;
• Track record of meaningful business impact based on customer insight;
• Experience working within a product design team rather than as a solo designer;
• Nice to have: Marketplace or ecommerce experience, technical fluency or coding ability, exec-ready communication, experience designing for mobile-only users in emerging markets.
