• Run discovery phases and help define product requirements;
• Test prototypes and hypotheses with users to collect feedback;
• Present work to peers and leadership, both async and in-person;
• Participate in weekly design critiques, workshops, all hands, and squad meetings;
• Document design processes and detail decision-making;
• Champion cohesion and consistency in UX design across a family of products;
• Act as a strategic leader to implement customer-centric experiences at the intersection of design, business, content, and technology;
• Drive discovery and ideation workshops alongside design partners;
• Craft sophisticated flows and customer journeys;
• Think and design at a system level;
• Balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• At least 3 years of experience as a Product Designer;
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in user-centered design;
• Proficiency in soft skills including listening, negotiating, and decision-making;
• Ability to articulate ideas and design solutions effectively;
• Ability to express feedback with kindness and candor;
• Tolerance for ambiguity and healthy curiosity;
• Ability to translate quantitative and qualitative insights into design decisions;
• Nice to have: Previous experience working for an Online Travel Agency, prior experience designing for consumer-facing products, visual design skills.
