• Develop and maintain design system foundations, components, and patterns across platforms;
• Collaborate with designers and developers to ensure consistency and efficiency across products;
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation and developer specifications;
• Improve the system continuously based on feedback, trends, and evolving patterns;
• Advocate for design system adoption by providing guidance and support to product teams;
• Stay current with industry best practices and share knowledge across the team;
• Drive improvements in Design Ops by refining tools and workflows for team efficiency.

• 5+ Years of UX/UI design experience, including 2+ years working on or contributing to design systems;
• Proficiency in creating and maintaining Figma libraries and token systems;
• Strong experience documenting design standards, patterns, and component specifications for developers;
• Solid understanding of interaction design, visual design, and user experience;
• Expertise in accessibility standards (WCAG) with ability to implement accessible components;
• Excellent communication skills for presenting design decisions to technical and non-technical audiences;
• Experience collaborating in agile environments with cross-functional teams;
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality design work and documentation;
• Proactive, organized, and comfortable building momentum in ambiguous spaces;
• Experience in mobile application design;
• Fluent in English;
• Nice to have: Background in enterprise companies, experience merging or consolidating multiple design systems, motion design and animation specification expertise (Rive), technical knowledge or coding skills that aid collaboration with engineers, experience with AI and automation to improve design outcomes.
