• Take ownership of design projects from the initial idea through to delivery
• Create UI/UX for websites and applications
• Develop brand applications across digital and physical materials
• Create event graphics and signage
• Produce motion graphics
• Edit videos and take photographs
• Design merchandise

• Significant design experience in a company, agency, or established team
• Own projects from start to finish, from briefing and research through design, application, handoff, and launch
• Strong design judgment and the ability to explain design decisions
• Experience working directly with developers, printers, venues, or other project partners
• Fluent English
• Comfortable switching between projects and adapting to changing priorities
• Able to demonstrate strong skills in two or more design areas
