UX/UI designer in banking

We are looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer for a project in the banking sector. The role involves designing digital products, analyzing user needs, and collaborating with business and technology teams to create intuitive and useful solutions.

• Designing digital products with a focus on user needs
• Participating in design workshops such as Design Sprint and Design Thinking
• Preparing and conducting usability tests and qualitative research
• Verifying business assumptions in the context of user needs
• Creating and developing solutions in accordance with the Design System
• Collaborating with UX/UI teams, analysts, developers, and business stakeholders
• Presenting design recommendations and implementing findings from research

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer
• Ability to independently plan work and select methods and design tools
• Knowledge of research methods and experience in conducting usability tests
• Experience participating in design workshops, e.g., Design Sprint and Design Thinking
• Familiarity with tools such as Axure, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or Zeplin
• Experience working with a Design System
• Analytical thinking skills, creativity, and focus on user needs
• Communication skills, independence, and ability to work in a team
