CRM and lifecycle designer for learner experiences

• Treat CRM as a core product surface, translating business goals and product strategy into lifecycle experiences informed by hypotheses, experimentation, and user behavior
• Design connected experiences across the full user journey, ensuring consistency between in-product UX and CRM and reinforcing key behaviors
• Develop creative concepts that turn everyday touchpoints into engaging, purposeful, on-brand moments
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Copy, and Content on strategy, feasibility, and cohesive cross-channel experiences
• Use data and insights to iterate and improve performance across lifecycle touchpoints, balancing speed, quality, and attention to detail

• Experience designing CRM, lifecycle, or product experiences in fast-moving digital environments
• Understand how design influences user behavior and business impact
• Connect user journeys, product experiences, and lifecycle communications into a cohesive system
• Develop creative concepts and bring storytelling and fresh thinking to lifecycle experiences
• Strong visual design, layout, hierarchy, and composition skills
• Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally and contributing beyond design execution
• Curious, proactive, and adaptable, with an interest in experimentation and continuous learning
