Qatar Insurance Company is a leading insurance provider in the GCC region that aims to become the first digital ecosystem by combining insurance and non-insurance services into a single platform.

• Develop elements for marketing and brand communication, including digital ads, SMM, emails, and POSM;
• Analyze results and generate hypotheses for improvement in collaboration with channel owners;
• Create illustrations for the blog, product pages, and mobile app using AI tools;
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative syncs;
• Collaborate with the content and design team to generate visual ideas for viral posts and campaigns.

• 3+ Years of experience in communication design, preferably in-house on the product side;
• Excellent command of Figma, Adobe products, and AI creative tools such as Krea, NanoBanana, and Recraft;
• Understanding of design layouts for online and offline channels and marketing funnel stages;
• Understanding of motion and 3D creation principles;
• Nice to have: Hands-on skills in motion and 3D creation, experience working on the product or marketing side.

• 6-Month service agreement contract;
