Technical business analyst in API integrations

We are currently looking for a Technical Business Analyst to join a stable project within an international company that is a leader in its sector.

• Gather and analyze requirements from business and Marketing.
• Translate functional needs into clear technical requirements for development.
• Define and document user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases.
• Participate in refining and prioritizing the technical backlog.
• Analyze APIs, integrations, and dependencies between systems.
• Document workflows, validations, data mappings, and error scenarios.
• Coordinate with development, architecture, QA, and business teams.
• Track initiatives functionally and technically through to production.
• Participate in integration testing, UAT, and functional validation.
• Identify risks, blockers, and technical impacts before development.
• Support decision-making on MVPs, phased releases, and priorities.

• Experience as a Technical Business Analyst, Technical Analyst, Integration Analyst, or in similar positions.
• Previous technical background in software development or experience working closely with development teams.
• Experience working with REST and/or SOAP APIs, integrations between systems, and microservices or distributed architectures.
• Experience defining user stories, acceptance criteria, test scenarios, and technical backlogs.
• Ability to translate business requirements into specifications for development.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Regular use of Jira and Confluence.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
