• Drive the analysis of business requirements and demands across the business value chain, documenting, testing, and delivering IT system requirements;
• Support the analysis of system-related business processes and identify and initiate improvements with business stakeholders and architecture;
• Drive a consistent, highly automated, and resilient target system and data landscape across the Munich Re Group;
• Deliver project pre-study support, application implementation, integration, and change project development;
• Drive the alignment, assessment, and prioritization of demands within business units and manage the project and product backlog;
• Work with project sponsors and managers to ensure requirements are met and issues are managed proactively.

• Fluency in English;
• University degree, preferably in Computer Engineering, IT, or a similar field;
• In-depth knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud products;
• Demonstrable experience analyzing business demands, deriving system requirements, and translating them into system solutions;
• Several years of IT experience, preferably in application development;
• In-depth knowledge of the entire software development and product life cycle;
• Experience with agile project management methodologies such as Prince 2, PMI, or Scrum;
• Strong analytical, facilitation, presentation, and multidisciplinary communication skills;
• Track record of successful implementations delivering measurable business outcomes;
• Consulting and collaborative working style with a focus on accountability and knowledge sharing;
• High degree of commitment and ability to master various tasks;
• Business acumen and ability to present topics from a business perspective rather than an IT perspective;
• Nice to have: Fluency in German, experience in digital analytics projects with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or comparable tools, conceptual knowledge of integrating identity providers in web applications, experience in test management.
