System Analyst

CoolPeople Technology provides IT services and consulting solutions, specializing in complex system development and integration within the banking sector.

• Design technical solutions for the development of banking systems across product domains;
• Design service-oriented interfaces (SOA) including synchronous and asynchronous communication (SOAP, REST, MQ, events);
• Model solutions in Enterprise Architect (UML, activity diagrams, structure and data flow design);
• Collaborate on database design (Oracle), perform data checks, and create scripts;
• Coordinate solutions with architects, developers, and the QA team;
• Prepare specifications for development (decomposition, planning, work distribution);
• Support solution deployment and incident resolution;
• Communicate with stakeholders and provide support throughout the development cycle.

• Experience in system analysis, ideally in banking or enterprise environments;
• Knowledge of integration architectures and patterns (SOAP, REST, MQ, event-driven, async/sync);
• Practical experience with Enterprise Architect;
• Experience working with relational databases (Oracle) and ability to create basic scripts;
• Ability to work independently, take responsibility for solution design, and defend it;
• Analytical and abstract thinking skills for designing scalable and sustainable solutions;
• Diligence and attention to detail;
• Nice to have: Domain-Driven Design (DDD), senior-level experience with Enterprise Architect, experience with event-driven architecture, commands, and events.
