Salesforce Marketing Cloud Business Analyst

Capitole provides functional and operational support for Salesforce Marketing Cloud initiatives across B2C, B2B2C, and B2B businesses, supporting campaigns and customer journeys.

• Provide functional and operational support to the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Product Owner
• Prepare audiences and segmentations
• Configure and test campaigns
• Monitor customer journeys and automations
• Resolve incidents
• Support UAT and the functional evolution of Salesforce Marketing Cloud

• Solid experience as a Business Analyst or CRM or Marketing Technology consultant, including operations experience
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, especially Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, and Data Extensions
• Experience executing campaigns and customer journeys, providing operational support, troubleshooting, managing incidents, and testing, including UAT
• Experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud in complex international organizations, collaborating with multiple countries, business units, and stakeholders
• Experience managing audiences, segmentation, data quality, consent, and campaign monitoring
• Knowledge of SQL and data analysis fundamentals
• Experience with requirements analysis, functional specifications, governance, and change management
• Fluent English
